Beer, chess and Rock & Roll

Beer, chess and Rock & Roll

You guessed it right - it includes drinking a few beers.

Before explaining the rules, we’d like to remind you: always drink responsibly, however nice the beverage tastes!

Browsing through the web for beer/chess hybrids we soon realized: most of them are about drinking and unbelievable amount of beer, so we needed to pimp up the game for you, who actually value good beer.
Whether you play on a bigger board or in original chess environment (e.g. with figures on a classic board), we recommend stashing away a bottle of your favourite beer as your ‘King’. With the classic rules of chess your objective is to gain the opponent’s best beer (his/her ‘King’) by giving checkmate. Remember: ‘Kings’ should not be opened until the end of the game!
Other rules apply as followed:
For every pawn you take, you have to sip in your previously opened casual beer - and your opponent needs to compliment you in your playing style and vice versa.
For every non-pawn figure you take, you need to give your deepest regrets to your opponent, while slowly sipping your beer. This way - hopefully - even an opponent with a chess-handicap will be able to start winning: adding fun to all participants.
Of course the best is to simply crack up a cold one and play a friendly game of chess - the ultimate game for strategy and chill!
