First of all, we’d like apologize to all our US customers whose machines have been called back to service in the last months. We believed that after a few weeks of learning and the arrival of spare parts, we’ll be able to work together with our local partner on identifying and solving hardware issues. Unfortunately it was not the case. After weeks and weeks of delays and problems, we decided to search for a more reliable partner who will combine the competence and speed our previous parnter lacked.
During the week, the first machine will arrive to Memphis, Tennessee, where our new service partner will start working on it.
Hopefully they’ll get the hang of it soon and will be able to receive every single Brewie B20s that are still waiting for fixing.
