Last time our European customers must’ve released a sigh of relief so strong it even reached our Budapest HQ. Yes, we’ve made sure that a professional service workshop will accept all faulty machines returning from European countries. However, the USA also seems to be solved.
The previously mentioned pump-issue already needed a service partner to help us check (and, if needed, change) machines already in the West Coast. Now we have finalized the arrangement and the spare parts are on their way to this workshop, which means that presumably all US West Coast machines will be ready for delivery in two weeks.
Also, the East Coast machines are being repaired as we are writing this, so they’ll also be ready in a few weeks’ time (unfortunately a much bigger shipment is involved, which slows down reviewing).

Please, keep in mind, that until the overview has been finished, all production is stopped, which delays shipping to all countries outside the US.
