A few of you have experienced that when a hardware issue occurs in Europe, the Brewie is not called back to Taiwan, but to our Budapest HQ - and still can stay in service for weeks.

Well, not anymore! In the last few weeks, we have finalized our arrangement with a local service workshop, which will help handling machines that have been called back. Now all possible callbacks (of which we also presume to have less and less) will arrive straight to our service partner, and will be professionally cared for, to be ready for shipping in a week! Machines that have been with us in the last weeks are gradually repaired and tested - we expect to send them on their way in the next two weeks!

Also, the service manual is ready to be passed on - we’ll soon agree with a US service partner as well.
